PRIVATE TRAINING

SDLA offers private strength and conditioning training sessions for individuals who prefer a fully customized training, nutrition & mobility program based on their individual goals. All SDLA members are evaluated on a monthly basis to ensure they are making strides towards their goals.

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

Small group training is great for individuals who want the accountability, support, and personal attention of private training but also seek friendly competition and a social environment with their peers. During our 45-minute sessions, athletes will transition between 7 different elements that we believe help them become better players on the field while also reducing injuries.

TEAM TRAINING

We understand the stresses of being a head coach, and we also understand you are a lacrosse coach, not a strength coach. Let our experienced staff assist in preparing your entire team for your upcoming championship run. We will evaluate, design, and implement the training protocols to help your team edge out their competitors while also reducing injuries. SDLA will be an extension of your coaching staff allowing you to focus on lacrosse.
